Joan Carol Vance-Reiff, 65, of Harrington, Delaware, lost a short battle with cancer on Thursday, March 4, 2010. She was born in Montclair, New Jersey the daughter of the late Renwick & Florence Vandyke. She was married to the late William "Bill" H. Vance. Joan moved to Staten Island, NY and in 1989 married her husband, Manny Reiff. Joan & Manny moved to Harrington, Delaware in March of 2005. Joan was a member of the Middle Township Ambulance Corp. from mid to late '70's. During her children's childhood her & her late husband Bill enjoyed coaching their t-ball & soccer teams. She also was the local Girl Scout Leader from 1974-1984. Joan enjoyed spending time horseback riding with her horse, Hero. She never missed an episode of General Hospital, loved knitting, crocheting, arts & crafts & was big animal lover.

Joan is survived by her daughter Kymberli Clarke and husband, James and their children Tiffany & Jimmy; her son Eric and fiancée, Theresa. She was most proud of her grandson, William.

A calling hour will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ, with graveside funeral services immediately following at Fairview Cemetery, Cape May Court House, NJ.
