Scarfo, Rocco V.

Rocco V. Scarfo on February 16, 2003 of the Sunrise Assisted Living Facility in Wooodbury; formerly of Camden and Pennsauken, NJ; age 83 years. Beloved son of the late Mary DiCarlo and Philip Scarfo; Dear Brother of the late, Filomena Borreggine, Theresa Borreggine, Sr. Rose M. Scarfo, M.P.F., Martha DelPalazzo, Kay Scarfo and Amerigo (Mingie) Scarfo. He is survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Prior to retirement in 1993, Mr. Scarfo owned and operated Scarfo Real Estate and Travel King Travel Agency. He was a United States Army Veteran as a Tech Sgt. during WWII. He was a member of the Sons of Italy and was a former Man of the Year. He was also a longtime parishioner of St. Stephen's Church in Pennsauken where he was former head usher and editor of the church bulletin.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral on Friday from 8:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Rd. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM at the CHurch of St. Stephen, 6300 Browning Rd. Entombment Calvary Mausoleum in Cherry Hill. Visitation and vigil service at the Funeral Home on Thursday evening after 7PM

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to the Alzheimers Association, 1100 Lincoln Drive, Marlton, NJ 08053.
